By accessing or using DiabloDamage Calculator, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Who we are

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment or Activision Blizzard. Game names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only for descriptive or nominative purposes where applicable.
2. License to use the Site
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal or internal informational purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
- Scrape, bulk-download, or mirror the Site in a way that harms service integrity or violates robots rules we publish
- Resell access to our tools as a competing hosted service without written permission
- Remove proprietary notices from our materials
- Attempt to break, overload, or bypass security or rate limits
- Use the Site to build or distribute malware, unlock circumvention services, or illegal content
- Misrepresent calculator output as certified professional advice
3. No professional advice
Calculators and articles are for general information and education only. They are not financial, tax, investment, accounting, engineering-stamped, medical, health, legal, or other professional advice. 4. Financial, health, and high-risk tools
Some tools estimate mortgages, taxes, interest, BAC/alcohol metrics, body metrics, or engineering values. These models use simplified assumptions and may be wrong for your jurisdiction, body, vehicle, or materials. You assume all risk for decisions made using the Site.
5. Accounts
Standard calculators do not require an account. If we later offer accounts or saved states, additional terms may apply.
6. User submissions
If you send feedback, bug reports, or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback to operate and improve the Site without obligation to you. Do not send confidential information you do not want us to use.
7. Intellectual property
Site design, branding (DiabloDamage Calculator name, logo, layout), and original text/code we publish are owned by us or our licensors. You may link to our public pages. You may not pass off our brand as your own.
8. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with:
- Your contact information
- Description of the work and the URL(s) claimed to infringe
- A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized agent
- Your physical or electronic signature
We may remove or disable content and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers.

10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $50.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Termination
We may suspend or block access for abuse, legal risk, or operational reasons. Sections that should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) survive termination.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in the United States shall have jurisdiction for disputes, subject to applicable law.
